The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful 350-year-old Engadine house. From the balcony, you have a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. Shopping opportunities, a bakery, and the post office are in the immediate vicinity. Salsiz, Landjäger, or Natura Beef meat can be obtained directly from Naturhof Campell, the owners.



The ski area Motta Naluns can be reached by car from Ftan in 5 minutes, by train from Scuol in 10 minutes. The neighboring village of Ftan also has the 8.5 km long Dario Cologna trail.

In summer, the entire Lower Engadine offers beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The hike from Ardez over a suspension bridge to Tarasp and then to Scuol is popular. Additionally, the Swiss National Park is nearby.

Familiär, unkompliziert und herzlich

Wir fühlten uns als Familie mit Kleinkind wohl in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung. Unser Enkel liebt das Kinderbett und die Spielecke! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Volg ist gleich um die Ecke, was für öV-Familien eine grosse Erleichterung ist. Zudem kann im Haus das feine Biofleisch vom Hof gekauft werden. Der Kinderlift in Ardez sowie der Bus-Transfer nach Ftan sind ebenfalls grosse Pluspunkte. Sehr freundliche und verständnisvolle Vermieterin. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr. Es fehlten zum Beispiel Schnittbretter. Licht in der Stube ist etwas grell. Eine Glühbirne mit wärmeren Licht würde abends mehr Atmosphäre ausstrahlen und den Schlaf fördern.

Frau Campell war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Charakter des alten Engadiner Hauses gefiel uns super. Bettwäsche und Badetücher waren vorhanden. Lavabo an Wand festschrauben. „Wohnzimmer“ wirkt auf Fotos zu gross. Wir hatten zu 5t keinen Platz auf dem Sofa. Eine kleinere Pfanne und mehrere Schneidebretter. Das Badezimmer war für 5 Personen doch sehr klein.

Zentral gelegenes Engadinerhaus

Die Wohnung ist mitten im schönen Dorf Ardez. Es sind nur 5 Minuten zum Skibus und der Volg ist gerade nebenan. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man darf auch ihre Schlitten ausleihen. Die Wohnung ist picobello sauber und warm. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Abgang zum Skikeller war sehr eisig. Könnte entfernt werden oder gesplittet, oder ein Handlauf.

Unser 6. Winterurlaub in Ardez

Ein schönes altes Haus in einem wunderschönen Ort, der noch ein echtes Bergbauerndorf ist, mit einem Volg-Laden direkt neben dem Haus, einer schönen Loipe und einem kostenlosen Bustransfer ins Skigebiet sowie mit Gästekarte kostenloser Bahnverbindung in die Nachbarorte. Was will man mehr? Eigentlich nichts. Außer, den Umrechnungskurs zum Euro für uns günstiger machen -)
