We arrived after sunset by ferry from Trellis Bay. There were many staff members to great us and all were friendly and helpful. The entire marina area was bathed in lights, some under water. The look was magical. As they say, you only get one chance to make a first impression. The Scrub Island Staff certainly made the most of it. Very high “WOW” factor!

We went there for our beach wedding. The hotel was impeccable and the staff was tremendously friendly and attentive. Rosalie, the event coordinator, made our wedding planning and wedding day flawless and incredibly memorable. We could not have asked for a better place to get married.
Flying into the Islands, the ferry is less than 1/4 mile away and the ferry is 10 minutes to the resort. My room was available right away and was greeted with an island cocktail. The room was so great with a fantastic view of the marina. Food was good, and not too expensive - recommend the grouper sandwich at the hotel restaurant, the more casual restaurant.
Fabulous experience. Our kids are 19 and 17...we were afraid they would be bored, they loved it, private beach with their own bartender (bvi drinking age 16) kayaks and paddle boards always avail and included in price of room....can ferry back and fourth to trellis...kitchens in rooms are amazing...subzeros and wolf....just get all groceries before arriving. This place is lovely, great hiking too and really nice gym all rooms have great views.. It made coming back to st thomas hotel very dissapointing
Stayed one night with wife after yacht charter in May, 2013. Service was outstanding starting right as we boarded the water taxi, greeted with a cold drink on the dock and escorted to check in, upgraded to a suite, escorted us to the room. Asked to go to north beach and marina manager drove us there so we would not have to wait for the van driver. Dinner was fabulous at restaurant and our server was amazing. Dinner was 60 dollars pp for a 4 course dinner with much variety. We were blown away with the quality and service. Every where we went, staff said hello and asked if we needed anything. Would go here again in a heart beat.
The hotel was beautiful but there is some construction still underway. The service staff were not the greatest but the general manager, John, was very open to comments and worked to improve the situation. Massages with [...] at the spa were really nice. [...] and [...] with Dive BVI are great SCUBA instructors.
