In full transparency, we arrived to the cabin and it wasn't cleaned from the last guests. I called Besik directly to advise him of the condition of the cabin. Immediately he put into action to making it right. In less than 20 mins the cleaning company arrived and went right to work.
We were not inconvenienced at all from this boo boo; we actually welcomed the time to relax at the gazebo in the back while our 2 dogs just went wild in the huge grassy "meadow," smelling all the smells and just getting their zoomies out.
The owners of the cleaning company, Mike and Natalie, came out personally to apologize, which I thought was a really nice touch.
The rest of our stay was without further incident. We were able to relax and feel apart from the crowdedness and concrete heat of Philadelphia. Check in and check out was easy. Loved that there was French Press to use. Bed was really soft, you sink into it, but it gave good support. The AC in the bedroom was really nice since it was in the high 80s the 2 days we were there.
Internet is fast. Water pressure ample. One bone to pick: The deadbolt digital keypad on the outside is not lit, so you can't see the numbers at all at night.
The trail in back to the creek, falls off pretty quick and is all down hill. The Canopy of trees is pretty dense so it acts like a lid trapping all the heat; cooling breezes are non-existent the entire hike. The hike back up was very challenging in the heat, and on the glutes. Bring lots of water.
