panoramic location. The villa features an open-plan living and dining
area with a cozy fireplace, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped
kitchen. Inside the main house, there are three air-conditioned
bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a
second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Additionally, there is a
shared family bathroom with a shower.
A separate annex, with its own private entrance, houses the fourth
bedroom-a comfortable double room with A/C and an en suite bathroom
with a shower, offering extra privacy for guests.
From the pool area and the covered terrace, guests can take in
breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the shimmering
sea, creating the perfect setting for relaxation.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace with Sea views.

Additional Information

The municipality of Scicli has implemented a tourist tax. The tax
amount is set at 1,5 € per person, per night, for 7 consequential
nights. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This
is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
