La Rosa dei Venti consists of five cozy double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen, sitting room and a guest bathroom, it can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for large families or small groups of friends.
The villa is tastefully furnished, provided with air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher.

The outdoor area, apart from the beautiful seafront terrace, has a second veranda and a BBQ area at the back of the house.

La Rosa dei Venti is also the ideal base for visiting the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, but also Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible; Saturday only from 18/06 to 02/09.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00 (early checkout € 30).
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kwh (over 300 kwh an extra charge of € 0,50 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Tourist tax: 1.50 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
Air-conditioning/heating: not included (see electricity consumption).
