Furchtbare Umgebung, Lounge ein Witz

Wenn wir die wahren Bedingungen gekannt hätten, hätten wir Ihre FeWo nicht gebucht. Der Beschreibung entsprochen haben die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit. Diese Punkte waren wirklich hervorragend. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder ist die FeWo definitiv ungeeignet. Angefangen von der zwielichtigen Lage, von der nicht vorhandenen Haltemöglichkeit des Autos in Eingangsnähe über nächtliches Gebrüll im Hinterhof sowie Polizeieinsätze an der Vorderseite ließen einen erholsamen Nachtschlaf leider nicht zu und verängstigten zudem die Kinder. Das ganze Wohnviertel wirkte auf uns sagen wir mal „wenig vertrauenserweckend“.Die Lounge zum Draußensitzen würden wir eher als verdreckte Sitzecke mit Geruchsbelästigung durch die Mülltonnen in unmittelbarer Nähe bezeichnen. Hinzu kommt der permanent vorhandene feucht-modrige Geruch, der einen bereits an der Hauseingangstür empfängt.Also kurzum, von hochwertig kann hier wirklich nicht die Rede sein. Der Gesamteindruck rechtfertigt unserer Absicht nach nicht im Ansatz den Reisepreis.

Die Beschreibung war unkorrekt. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer und ausserdem mit Esstisch der Aufenthaltsraum. Die Beschreibung zum Parkplatz war schlecht .

Wohnung war sehr gut Sauber und es war alles vorhanden.Parkplatz trotz Googel Maps nicht zu finden landeten immer am Bahnhof, da konnte man nur zu Fuß durch,Im dunkeln konnte man nichts erkennen. Da Baustellen zu der Zeit vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung kann man sehr empfehlen.
