Apartment with swimming pool in South Tyrol

We are on the edge of the village of Schabs adjacent to an apple orchard. The sunny, cozy apartment (bilocal, ca 50qm) consists of an entrance area / hallway with cloakroom, double room, bathroom, a living area with divan (fold-out) and kitchenette and a small balcony.
We are only 10 minutes by car. from the episcopal city of Bressanone. Our house built in 2008 was built in wood. The nice, cozy apartment (approx. 50sqm) offers space for two people. A child or possibly another adult can also sleep on the pull-out couch. The apartment is fully furnished (built-in wardrobe; desk; double bed; small. Box with SAT / TV; Sitting area; Kitchenette - glass ceramic hob & dishwasher; Couch; Bath - shower / toilet). There is a free parking lot in front of the house. We are located next to the family-owned hotel - there you can use the lawn, the playground for children and the swimming pool free of charge. For an additional charge you can also have breakfast in the hotel (12 € p. P./ Breakfast buffet) or have dinner (27 € p. P./ Salad buffet u. 3 course menu). *
On request, you can also get our own farm products (apple juice, fruit / depending on the season, jams / depending on the season). You are also welcome to taste and purchase one of our home-made wines (Kerner, Müller Thurgau, Zweigelt barrique, Zweigelt rosé). A small village shop is a 3 minute walk away from us; there are several larger supermarkets in Vahrn and Brixen (5 - 10 minutes by car).

Access for guests
Access to the apartment / swimming pool, lawn and play area on the lawn in the adjacent hotel. You are also welcome to sit in the hotel bar in the evening and enjoy one of our home-made wines.
Other important information
From 01.01.2018 the Tourist Association Naz-Sciaves will collect for everyone from the 14th Local tax of € 1.15 per person per day. This tax is not included in the room rate, can only be paid on site upon departure and goes to the Natz-Schabs tourist association.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Tolle Ferienwohnung, absolut empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung war absolut super. Alles neu renoviert und sehr gut durchdacht. Es gab sehr viel Stauraum für unsere Sachen. Die Bilder im Inserat versprechen nicht zu viel. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern auf einem Anhänger dort, hatten also einen Fuhrpark unterzubringen. Die Motorräder durften mit in die große Garage, der PKW hatte seinen Parkplatz und den Hänger durften wir ebenfalls in eine andere Garage stellen. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem Obstkorb von der eigenen Obstwiese, außerdem konnten wir den Hofeigenen Wein verkosten, selbst gemachten Apfelsaft gab es ebenfalls. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Tips gegeben. Alles in allem hatten wir dort einen absolut tollen Aufenthalt!

Südtirol erkunden

Die Wohnung war ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Südtirol zu erkunden. Brixen kann man gut per Fahrrad erreichen aber auch Bozen und Meran erreicht man gut über die Autobahn. Wer wandern möchte kann dies auch gut tun. die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben sogar eine zwischen Reinigung bekommen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool des unterhalb gelegenen Hotels kann mitbenutzt werden. Mann kann sich hier wohlfühlen

Ersterkundung Südtirol

Wir haben uns bei dem ersten Besuch in Südtirol mit allen Aktivitäten, sowie mit der Unterkunft absolut wohl gefühlt und sehr viele positive Eindrücke mitgenommen. Der Zeitpunkt im Mai ist optimal da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten noch nicht überlaufen sind. Das Wetter hat auch gepasst.

Sehr schöne FEWO, Einkauf im Ort möglich. Es standen bei der Ankunft ein großer Obstkorb, Kräuter, Apfelsaft und Wein zur Verfügung. Sehr viel Infomaterial übers Wandern und Radfahren sind in der Wohnung. Alles super, sehr zu empfehlen. P.S. Fahrräder können in der großen Garage abgestellt werden.
