The holiday home is located in Schwalmtal and offers everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The location is very quiet at the edge of a small residential area. In the immediate vicinity, you can go for walks, hikes or bike rides on forest paths, or simply relax in nature. Enjoy the peace, the greenery and the large garden. The entire property covers 2400 m² and is available for your exclusive use.



Children are very welcome and can play and romp in the garden to their heart's content. The 83 m² bungalow is on one level and accessible without steps. The fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a separate reading room, three bedrooms and a bathroom offer space for five people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine and a dryer. The house is heated with marble infrared heaters and is suitable for allergy sufferers. In bad weather, children can watch TV separately, as there are three TVs in the accommodation. On the large covered terrace, you can have breakfast or enjoy cosy barbecue evenings.



A charcoal grill and garden furniture are provided. Public transport (bus) is within walking distance. A village shop for groceries and a bakery are only 1.5 km away. Für eine kurze Auszeit vom Alltag sehr schöne und erholsame Lage

Pros: Ausstattung im und am Haus sehr harmonisch und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Cons: Gibt es nichts drüber zu schreiben

Mooie ruime vakantiebungalow, voorzien van alle gemakken.

Pros: Ruime slaapkamers met kingsize bedden en goede stevige matrassen. Complete keuken met ook alle schoonmaakmiddelen, koffie/thee producten, grote koelkast en wasmachine/droger. De host was erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk, snel en goed bereikbaar via whatsapp. Ligging in één van de mooiste gebieden in deelstaat Hessen met mooie plaatsen als Ansfeld, Marburg, Lauterbach en Fulda in 30 minuten rijden. Afwisselende landschappen met bossen en vergezichten. Grote groene speelweide voor kinderen op 2.400 m2 vlak terrein. Veel privacy. Een aanrader voor wie dit gebied wil bezoeken! Cons: Aan alles is gedacht.

Für uns war die Lage ideal. Sehr ruhig. Die Nachbarn sehr sehr nett.

Pros: Das Haus hatte ein schönes großes Grundstück herum. Gut zum Fußball spielen und anderes. Cons: Gibt nix. War alles da. Eine gute Ausstattung.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse und Platz für zwei Autos.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen im Grünen. Wenn man Ruhe braucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Es ist komplett Barrierefrei, dadurch ist es für Leute mit Behinderungen sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich in der Dusche, wäre noch ein Stuhl zum runterklappen nicht schlecht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben bei der Abreise gefragt, was verbessert werden könnte. Wir haben dann die Idee mit dem Stuhl ins Gespräch gebracht. Könnte mir gut vorstellen, dass dies auch noch umgesetzt wird. Alles in allem, war es wirklich sehr schön dort und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Unterkunft sehr neu und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht. Cons: Es hat uns alles gefallen, lediglich zum Einkaufen, muss man etwas Fahrzeit einplanen. Dafür ist es halt sehr ruhig dort.

Comfortabele en schone vakantiewoning, prettig contact met eigenaar

Pros: Wij hebben genoten van twee weken vakantie in huis 'Bornwiese'. De foto's en beschrijving komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. We voelden ons zeer welkom. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep zeer goed. Zowel voorafgaand als tijdens ons verblijf reageerde hij snel op onze WhatsApp berichten. Hij was bijzonder service- en oplossingericht en respecteert je privacy! Het vakantiehuis is schoon, efficiënt ingedeeld en ruim genoeg voor 5 personen. Er is veel kastruimte om je spullen en boodschappen in op te ruimen. We waren ook blij verrast met de insectenhorren in de woning.
