Room at spacious, immaculate and smelled like an evergreen forest upon entry. Greeted by hot apple cider and warm cookies before check in. The pool, hot tub, and game room/common areas were clean and in excellent order! Restaurant(s) were delicious. Great Stay.

First day we got there was a little disappointing bc our room was extra small with bunk bed which I didn’t like it at all, and the girl in front desk wasn’t too frndly and we didn’t feel welcomed. But from second day we changed our room to a very nice and big room and met other staffs like Paul and some others which I don’t remember names, this made our stay more welcoming. The area was very nice but I think summer time you will find more activities to do . Again I would like to thank you Paul again for his friendliness and helpfulness. Bc I believe nice staff make you enjoy your stay more thank you again

We stumbled upon this place a couple years ago and now going in the fall has become an annual tradition. It’s such a fun place with so much to do on-site (pool, mini golf, we love the Brown Swan for dinner, smores kits, etc) and just a short walk into town for delicious coffee at 9 Mile and more good food. We’ve found some great hiking nearby too, and this time saw a bear on our drive up to the Buffalo farm which was an added bonus. The price has increased significantly since we went last year but it seems like they have added live music, more activities and more staff so maybe that’s why. I love it here, it’s my favorite place in the ADKs- I have recommended it to so many people and already booked for next year!

The bird cabins are the cutest thing. Very private and quiet. All staff and service has been so helpful. My husband and I have decided this is our weekend get away location from now on!!! The backyard playground is amazing and there was a beautiful wedding happening when we were here. Definitely a well rounded establishment!!! We will be back soon!!
