Are you looking for an idyllic detached holiday home on the Schoorl Dunes? In a quiet and natural environment? Do you want to enjoy a walk through the highest and widest dunes in the Netherlands? Or would you rather go cycling or mountain biking in the wooded area? It's all possible in Schoorl!

The "Lesser Spotted Woodpecker" is on a quiet road with one-way traffic. The play forest for children is across the street.
Schoorl aan Zee is located near this beautiful holiday home, a place to relax. At the beach it is also nice to relax on one of the many cozy terraces or beach pavilions.

The holiday home is built with natural materials and therefore has a pleasant atmosphere. It is a unique location for nature lovers and families with children. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and a young child.
Recently there has been a renewed fast wifi connection.
Through the side door you enter the spacious room with open kitchen. The room has wooden floors, a spacious sitting area with TV and audio / DVD equipment and a dining table with four chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped.
Downstairs are two bedrooms, the beds are made upon arrival, a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine.
Via the wooden stairs in the room you walk to the first floor where there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Here is also an extra storage space available. every bedroom has a wardrobe.

We urge guests to wear house slippers in the house because of the wooden floor.
If necessary, you can rent towel packages for € 4.- per 2.

Idyllic peace

This wonderful little cottage in the woods is the perfect place to relax, explore the dune reserve and get away from it all. You are woken by birds and apart from the wind in the trees, that's the only sound. The house is well equipped and in the perfect location for stroll to the nearby town of Schoorl, or as a base for exploring the surrounding area of dunes and forests and of course, the amazing golden beaches. I highly recommend this house and its hostess, Neinke, was so helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Super Lage, man ist sofort in der wunderschönen Dünenlandschaft von Schoorl, gleichzeitig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es ist sauber, gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Vermieterin Nienke ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder mieten.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage

Auch im Herbst ein tolles Urlaubsziel, man ist direkt an den Dünen in der traumhaften Landschaft. Wenn es mal geregnet hat, haben wir einfach das gemütliche Haus und den schönen Blick nach draußen genossen. Auch dank der sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Vermieterin hat es uns und unserem Baby (7 Monate) an nichts gefehlt :-)

Gemütliche Tage in Schoorl

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche in Schoorl und fühlten uns im gemütlichem Ferienhaus sehr wohl. Nienke versorgte uns mit nützlichen Tipps für die Umgebung. Für die Kinder gab es viel zu entdecken, die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Alles wunderbar

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus (das erste Mal im Sommer 2021) und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das komplett neue Bad ist toll geworden. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt und sehr ruhig und die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Bestimmt kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

Super Lage

Das kleine Häuschen liegt wunderbar am Ortsrand von Schoorl. Ruhig gelegen und doch nah sowohl an den Dünen als auch zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Sehr schön! Einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen. Zur Küchenausstattung könnte noch ein Stövchen oder eine Thermoskanne und ein Toaster hinzukommen? Ansonsten ist alles ausreichend. Sehr nette Vermieterin! Steile Treppe im Haus nicht für jeden geeignet. Betten sind einfach, aber okay. Im Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Erholung pur!

Wir waren im August 2021 in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich, und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für herrliche Wanderungen in den Dünen von Schoorl und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Haus liegt versteckt im Grünen und ist der perfekte Ort für Ruhesuchende. Einfach großartig !!!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub mit unserer 8 Monate alten Tochter in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Vermieterin hat sich im Vorfeld sehr lieb um alles gekümmert, in der Wohnung befand sich ein Babybett, eine Babybadewanne, ein Windeleimer und einen Kinderwagen hat sie uns ebenfalls organisiert sodass wir diesen nicht mitzunehmen brauchten. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr, sehr gemütlich und wirklich wunderbar gelegen, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren durch die Dünenlandschaft. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen !

Nettes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Das kleine Häuschen ist perfekt gelegen, denn es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Infozentrum des Dünenreservats, zu den Haupt-Fahrradwegen, die in das Dünengebiet, an den Strand, nach Schoorl sowie die Umgebung führen. Wir haben es sehr genossen, fast alle unsere Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad unternehmen zu können. Es gibt Spielgelegenheiten in direkter Umgebung (am Infozentrum) und auch zu einer der beiden hohen Kletterdünen ist es nicht weit (5 Gehminuten). Kinder haben dort großen Spaß. Schoorl an sich ist unserem Gefühl nach zwar lebendig, aber nicht so überlaufen wie manch anderer Ort an der Küste. Das Haus ist schön und hat Charme. Manches daran ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommenen (zum Beispiel das Bad), was uns auf den Bildern nicht ganz so aufgefallen war. Trotzdem haben wir uns in dem hübschen Häuschen alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht zuletzt ist die Vermieterin sehr nett. Unsere Tochter hat auch gleich Freundschaft mit ihr geschlossen :-).

Tolles Haus Nähe der Dünen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Schoorl. Nienke ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Das Haus liegt kuschelig versteckt abseits der Straße und ist umgeben von einem kleinen Wildblumengarten. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles perfekt!

Wir fahren seit Jahren nach Noord-Holland in unser eigenes Haus...mussten dies Mal ausweichen und haben es genossen. Traumhafte, ruhige Lage, die direkt zum Wandern oder Radfahren einläd. Das Haus bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt und die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr herzlich und auf das Wohl Ihrer Mieterin bedacht ist...jederzeit wieder.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus am Dünenrand, traumhaft gelegen!

Ruhige Lage, direkt über der kleinen Strasse geht es in den Wald und Dünenpark. Tolle Lage, das Häuschen ist traumhaft und stilvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause! Nienke van Ham, die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und wahnsinnig nett. Wir hatten tolle Tage und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr gemütliches Haus und eine nette Vermieterin

Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht und hilft wo sie kann. Für unseren neun Monate alten Sohn habe es einen Kinderstuhl, ein Babybett, eine Badewanne und sogar an den Windeleimer war gedacht. Das Haus liegt sehr schön an den Dünen und man kann gut zu Fuß in den Ort einkaufen oder essen gehen.
