Unser liebevoll ausgestattet Haus befindet sich in der Ortschaft Königssee am Fuße der Berge Jenner, Watzmann und Grünstein. Der malerische Königssee befindet sich 5 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. In ebenfalls unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sie eine Bushaltestelle mit Regionalverbindung, gemütliche Gaststätten im Almstil, traditionell bayerische Küche, eine Pizzeria und eine Bäckerei mit Cafe. Kleinere und größere Wanderungen können Sie direkt von ihrer Ferienwohnung aus starten. Unseren Gästen stellen wir kostenloses WLAN zur Verfügung.
Eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (54 qm) im 1. Obergeschoss ausgestattet mit separatem Schlafzimmer, sowie Bad mit Dusche und WC. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Balkon (2m x 6m) mit Sitzecke und Sonnen-Liegen der in den Garten gerichtet ist. Ferner gehört zu dieser Ferienwohnung ein großes Wohnapartment mit Couch, großem Couchtisch und Fernseher, einer Eckbank mit Esstisch, eine Küche komplett ausgestattet mit Kühl-, Gefrierschrank, Ofen mit Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und ebenfalls einen Balkon Richtung Sonnenaufgang. Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war vollständig und die Lage ausgezeichnet. Fußläufig waren mehrere Restaurants und eine Bäckerei erreichbar. Auch zum Königssee waren es nur ein paar Minuten. Ebenso war die Übergabe der Wohnung und die Abreise ganz unkompliziert. Wir würden immer wieder buchen.

Familienurlaub

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Von hier kann man viel unternehmen, zu Fuß, per Bus oder Auto. Super ausgestattet, von Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Internet, Fernseher, Bücher für jedes Alter, Gesellschaftsspiele, alles vorhanden. Auch bei Regentagen sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und nichts vermisst.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß vom Königsee entfernt. Die Bergbahn Jenner direkt gegeüber so wie ein Bäcker. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nette Gastgeberin.

Zwei geringe Mangel möchte ich noch erwähnen: -Leider ist der Internetempfang sehr schwach (kann durch einen einfachen Repeater behoben werden) -z.Zt. ist gegenüber eine Baustelle, so das an 6 Tagen ab 7:00 Uhr aufstehen angesagt ist.
