The best weeks of the year should be something special. Therefore, let yourself be captivated by the beautiful mountains of the National Park Schoenau am Koenigssee. Even many prominent guests and kings of Bavaria preferred this location at the foot of Watzmann. The famous phrase of the famous writer Ludwig Ganghofer 'Whom God loves, he drops in this country`s speaks volumes. In this untouched natural landscape offers my 2012 acquired a house on the ground floor, this newly renovated apartment. The in the cozy country-style apartment has two double and one single bedroom. The shower is newly tiled and equipped with glass doors. The toilet is separate. In the new kitchen, equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer, you can take care of himself or can dine at one of the many restaurants. The breakfast on the terrace at sunrise and herlichem mountain view tastes especially good. For a relaxing evening is ready a large flat screen with 102cm diagonal for you in the room. At approximately 500 square meters of green space to relax in complete tranquility. Your children also have the opportunity to play with your dog. ,. Amazing!

Perfect Apartment Wonderful Host

My wife and I stayed a week at this wonderful apartment and everything was simply perfect. The Apartment is spacious and immaculately clean just as in the photos. The location is perfect for visiting all the area attractions and is in a quiet residential area where one can experience how the local people live. Micheal the owner was a wonderful host. Great Little Place For Visiting The Berchtesgaden National Park

Immaculately kept 3 bedroom apartment with sun terrace, garden and mountain views - this holiday let was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were met on arrival by Michael who was always available by phone if there were any questions. The apartment is in a great location away from the very busy areas of Schonau (near the lake) but still within walking distance of restaurants if you want to eat out and still have a drink or two. The Jolly Pizza did excellent takeaways and the bakery around the corner was great for fresh bread and croissants every morning. We visited the Konigsee boats and walked to the Rothbach falls past Obersee, spent an afternoon in the swimming pool in the village (very good), walked up to the Kehlsteinhaus (Eagles Nest) instead of taking the bus, walked the Almbacklamm Gorge and visited the Watzmann Therme twice (on the rainy days). Also a must is the Salt Mine tour in Berchtesgaden - the kids loved the train/slides/boat and funicular and there were audio guides provided in English. It was a shame that the Jennerbahn was shut for a total rebuild but there was still plenty more to see and do in the area including the ride up on the seilbahn from Berchtesgaden to the summer toboggan ride. The guest cards were useful for discounts on some of the attractions. In short, this was a lovely apartment in a super location for the Berchtesgaden National Park. 5 Stars - Thank You Michael!

Sehr schöner Osterurlaub

Wir haben als Familie eine schöne Woche Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Umgebung und Gegend mit den vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten spricht definitiv für sich: schöner geht es gar nicht mehr! Die Ferienwohnung hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur -abgabe war alles so wie man sich das vorstellt. Der Vermieter ist routiniert und ist zur Not erreichbar. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass die Betten bei der Ankunft bezogen waren. Auch für kleinigkeiten war gesorgt wie zb: handseife, Spülmittel, etwas Toilettenpapier, etc. Somit sitzt man dann bei der Ankunft nicht komplett "auf dem Trockenen". Wir haben die Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden und können diese uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal an den netten Vermieter.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit der Familie (4 Erwachsene und Hund) in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out alles unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist sehr gemütlich inkl. schönem Bergblick und die Lage ist super, da alles zu Fuß oder per Bus bestens erreichbar ist. Sehr schönes Urlaubsziel / tolle Unterkunft

Den Aufenthalt haben wir alles sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal - ruhig und doch zentral gelegen für tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Sollten wir nochmal in diese Gegend reisen, kommt keine andere Unterkunft in Frage.

Perfekte Lage am Königssee

Die Wohnung liegt nur knapp 3 km vom schönen Königssee entfernt mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns ein geschmückter Tannenbaum und eine große Schale mit frischem Obst als Willkommensgruss. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Alle unsere Fragen wurden ebenfalls im Vorfeld sehr freundlich beantwortet. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Unterkunft, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen hier zu Gast mit 2 Personen und Hund und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt, schön und ruhig gelegen. Es war sehr sauber und ausstattungsmäßig ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmt genau. Anreiseorganisation und Kontakt zum Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Man kann zu Fuß zum Königssee gehen und hat darüber hinaus eine gute Verkehrs- und Busanbindung. Wir werden auch beim nächsten Urlaub in der Gegend sofort wieder hier buchen.
