Appartement confortable. Bien entretenu et propre. Piscine et accès à la mer appréciables. Communication avec la propriétaire très agréable. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Situation du site calme. Bel appart entièrement rénové, de bon goût et fonctionnel mais armez-vous de patience avec la plaque a induction!... Par contre l'extérieur délabré de l'édifice semble laissé a l'abandon (sauf la piscine fort bien entretenue) Voiture indispensable vu l'éloignement du site. Vue sur mer exceptionnelle avec son grand balcon. L'environnement immédiat comporte des dépotoirs de matériel de construction peu engageants. Attention, 56 marches d'escalier peu ergonomique vous attendent, vous et vos bagages (pas d'ascenseur évidement)
