Die Wohnungen war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Küche war alles zum Kochen da. Bad war okay ausser das Warmwasser das war nicht heiß genug und der Druck könnte auch mehr sein. Handtücher waren genug da. Bette waren sehr gut. Wohnzimmer war auch okay. Der Hausherr war sehr nett. Die Wohnung kann mann sehr gut weiter empfehlen.

Auf den Spuren meiner Großmutter

Eine sehr schöne, preiswerte große Wohnung. Betten bezogen, genug Handtücher vorhanden, eine gut eingerichtete Küche mit vorbereiteten Holz für den Ofen im Wohnzimmer. Die Zentralheizung warm, bei Bedarf .Was will man mehr. Alles rund herum lädt zum wieder kommen ein. Es ist immer wieder schön so erholsam Urlaub zu machen.

Nettes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage am Schliersee. Unsere FeWo war wirklich sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen benötigt hat. In den Schlafzimmern ist großzügig Platz, um alles unterzubringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unproblematisch. Vielen Dank.

Wunderbar Erholsam

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. In den gemütlichen Betten schläft man sehr gut , da die Umgebung dunkel und sehr ruhig ist . Auf dem rundherum laufenden Balkon kann man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne tanken . Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Großzügige schöne Ferienwohnung

Idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick auf den See.

Wer auf die Spülmaschine nicht verzichten mag, liegt mit dieser Ferienwohnung falsch. Auch wer sich an dem nachlassenden WLAN-Signal außerhalb des Wohnzimmers stört, sollte vor der Buchung noch mal eine Nacht schlafen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung "Spitzingsee" einfach klasse. Sie ist zwar nicht luxeriös, dafür aber großzügig geräumig, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Praktisch ist auch die räumliche Trennung von Bad und WC. Der typisch bayrische, umlaufend überdachte Balkon bietet stets die Möglichkeit frei zwischen einem Plätzchen in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu wählen und bietet zudem von seinem Bänkchen (wie auch vom Küchenfenster) aus einen tollen Ausblick auf den See und den dahinter liegenden Ort. Obendrein lassen sich auf dem Balkon auch gut Schlauchboot, Rennrad etc. abstellen. Damit komme ich zu meinem eigentlichen Highlight der Wohnung, ihrer Lage. Umgeben von einer Pferdekoppel befindet sich die Wohnung fußläufig nur wenige Minuten vom Seeufer mit seinen zahlreichen Bademöglichketen entfernt. Gleichzeitig wirkt das Haus fast etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, da die Straße nach Bayrischzell weit weg ist und die Ruhe nur mal durch ein Traktorengeräusch oder das Tuten der eingleisig verkehrenden Bahn unterbrochen wird. Vom ebenfalls leicht zu Fuß erreichbaren Bahnhof Fischhausen/Neuhaus lässt es sich entspannt zu einem Tagesausflug nach München starten. Neben den Aktivitäten am und auf dem See gibt es zahlreiche beeindruckende Wandermöglichkeiten, entweder direkt von der Wohnung aus oder z. B. für alle die es etwas bequemer mögen von den Bergbahnen am Spitzingsee aus. Zudem ist die Gegend für Radsportler (ob MTB oder Rennrad) äußerst attraktiv! Beim ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbaren Italiener sollte man im Sommer möglichst reservieren. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich und sauber.

Ein Schatz am Schliersee

Sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. In deutlich weniger als 10 Minuten kann man zu Fuß an den See gehen. Dass man die Regionalzüge von und nach Bayrischzell hören kann hat uns nicht gestört. Dafür gibt's keinerlei Straßenlärm. Einzig eine Möglichkeit zum Waschen (Waschmaschine) wäre wünschenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
