On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and spacious living area with an open fireplace, a cozy dining space, and a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring both a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee maker. This level also includes one bedroom, a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, as well as a separate guest WC.
