With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, the "Viking Cabin 2" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation.
The 74m² apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The other bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200cm) and blackout curtains.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower.

On the terrace, you can relax and unwind in the beach chair on warm evenings. Thanks to the electric grill, you can host barbecues with the whole family.

A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.

You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.

A washing machine is available for your free use on the ground floor of the neighboring Fjord and Schleikojen houses.

Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of its energy is sourced from geothermal energy.

The building has an elevator.

Due to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth for a fee directly at Pionierhafen. Please contact us for this.

The development of the newly built "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the outdoor spaces in the neighborhood, are still undergoing visual changes.

There are two electric vehicle charging stations near the accommodation for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord cabins.

These are available for all apartments in the buildings.

In the immediate vicinity, you'll find Café Pio – your new favorite spot right on Pionierhafen in Schleswig!

With a view of the water, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast here in the morning with fresh rolls, croissants, and all the trimmings.

During the day, there's delicious coffee, homemade cakes, and a relaxed atmosphere to linger in.

And when evening approaches? Then it's time for cocktails and cold drinks – refreshing, vibrant, and just the thing for a sundowner on the terrace.
