We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient.

Perfect place in St. Gallen and Waterpark

It was a lovely stay and if you want to join the waterpark this is a must stay! The entre to the park was included in the price and that was used alot! Breakfast was nice - but could use an upgrade on some of the elements to choose from. The restuarant was amazing - the bar was perfect for beer. Limited selection on cocktails but a nice staff. Close to many things in Sankt Gallen. Will recommend!

The receptionist and front desk were very nice and friendly. The pool was very attractive. The suite was big but no concept. The balcony looks over dirty top roof. We asked the front desk to change the room but no response. Modern but boring with exception of bottle of water nothing else. It was a bad option for a hotel and faraway from the center.

De stiller badehåndklæder til rådighed, og gratis adgang til badelandet ved siden af, hvor der ligeledes er mulighed for at nyde aftensmad, en is eller indkøbsmulighed. Vi spiste den ene aften på hotellet restaurant, rigtig godt, men dyrt. Men sådan er det med alt - højt prisniveau. Eneste minus, sovesofaen var ikke optimal, sov dårlig i den. Matcher ikke det gode hotel i øvrigt.

Wir kamen an und freuten uns auf denn kurzurlaub mit denn Kindern! Habe extra ein mehrbett Zimmer gebucht für 4 Pers. Es war dann nur 1 kleines doppelbett und ein schmales Bettsofa für 1 Person da, was viel zu Hart war! Ich gieng nochmals zur Reception und fragte nach, warum wir nicht das mehrbett zimmer bekommen wie gebucht! Für 4 Pers. Dann hiess es das würden Sie gerne frei halten für eine grössere Familie, wir sollen doch einfach für das 1 jährige ein Baby bett *mit aufpreis* nehmen! Ich verstand das ganze nicht, weill ich habe ja mehrbett zimmer mit doppelbett und 1 kajüten bezahlt.... am liebsten wären wir wieder gegangen, ca gesamt zeit von 30min diskussion! Wir reisen sehr viel und hatten noch nie so eine hin und heer! Dann im Zimmer riechte es stark wie nicht gelüftet!! Bett anzüge waren nähte defekt und bettlacken verschmiert!.... *habe Fotos* soo schade!! Auch kein entgegenkommen! Frühstück für dieses teure zimmer auch nicht dabei! Sehr schade!! Hätte ein entgegenkommen erwartet... auch die höfflichkeit des Herren an der Reception! Genervt hat mich auch, alls der jüngere behauptete, *ja sie haben ja sowieso das günstigste zimmer.....* NEIN HATTEN WIR GENAU NICHT!!! hatte ihm meine Buchung und die zimmer auf ihren Hompage gezeigt! Dann sagt er so: *ach jaa doch nicht das günstigste, aber es ist ja jetzt bezahlt!...* ich dachte; *super, alles andere als erholung und auzeit! Wäre lieber zur Arbeit gegangen! NIEMEHR... SEHR ENTTÄUSCHT!!
