This cosy holiday bungalow in Scharendijke is located on a spacious and tranquil property. The house is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood that can be found directly behind the harbour and lake Grevelingen. Multiple shops and restaurants can be reached by foot. The North Sea beach is located less than two kilometres away and the picturesque city Zierikzee can be found at 12 kilometers.
You can directly access the garden through the sliding doors in the cosily decorated living room. Cable TV and internet are present. The open kitchen is fully equipped and is provided with a nice dining area. The four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, just as both bathrooms.

Schöne Lage - Haus benötigt viel Renovierung

Die Lage war super und wir haben uns wphl gefühlt. Das Haus war ziemlich alt und es gab viele defekte Teile (Türklinken fallen ab, Griffe vom Schrank fallen ab, Jalousien alt, Klospülung sehr alt/man muss lange drücken) und dreckige Stellen (hinter den Betten, im Bad, Fenster, Terrasse, Geschirr...), die Matratzen waren sehr ungemütlich und ein Bad ständig nass (Boden schräg) mit schimmeligem Duschvorhang. Das Haus bräuchte nochmal eine Generalüberholung samt neuer Schlafzimmermöbel und Bäder um einigermaßen auf aktuellem Standard zu sein.Alles in allem waren wir aber vor allem mit dem großen hellen Gemeinschaftsbereich und dem kurzen Weg zum Deich und Strand zufrieden.

Licht und ein wenig Schatten

Insgesamt haben wir mit unseren Freunden einen schönen Jahreswechsel feiern können. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist großzügig dimensioniert, die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Die beiden „alten“ Schlafzimmer sind recht klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. Im modernen Schlafzimmer ließ sich die Heizung nicht ausstellen und es regnete herein. Diverse Lampen funktionierten nicht oder nur teilweise. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Würden wir nochmal buchen

Positiv: - Check in und out durch Schlüsseltresor am Haus super easy. - Haus bietet mit seinem vielen Zimmern reichlich Platz. - Haus ist super ausgestattet. - Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei. - Sauberkeit war gut. - Lage des Hauses ist super. Mitten im Ort Scharendijke. 2 min Fußweg zum Hafen und Grevelingenmeer. - zum Strand 15 min zu Fuß. - Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. - Restaurants fußläufig. Negativ: - Garten ums Haus wirkt etwas verwachsen und ungepflegt (Herbstferien). - Anbau (Schlafzimmer mit Bad) hat Fußbodenheizung, der Rest des Hauses nicht. Beide Heizsysteme werden aber zusammen zentral gesteuert. (Herbstferien) - etwas schade das es kaum deutsches TV gab und das der WLAN Empfang nicht der stabilste war.

Voor verbetering vatbaar

We hebben een goede vakantie gehad door samenzijn met gezin. Het huis viel tegen. Geen ventilatie mogelijk in woonkamer met een afzuigkap die alleen in de snelste lawaaierige stand werkt, bedden keihard en containers overvol, deze zouden de volgende dag worden leeg gehaald maar gebeurde niet. Wij hebben een goede vakantie gehad maar dit zou verbeterd kunnen worden.
