Bei Rückfragen per Telefon, aber auch persönlich, waren die MitarbeiteriInnen sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!! Nochmals danke! Liebe Frau Weper! Wir haben uns in Ihrem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hatte uns bereits bei der Buchung sehr angesprochen und wir wurden während des einwöchigen Aufenthalts bestätigt. Gern würden wir irgendwann die Wohnung nochmals buchen. Herzliche Grüße aus Hattingen Ursula und Hans-Joachim Runte Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Appartements entsprachen in besonderen Maße den Erwartungen. Gern geben wir das an Freunde/Bekannte weiter. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Liebes Wongel-Team, herzlichen Dank für die wieder einmal tolle Betreuung. Über die Weinschorle zur Begrüßung haben wir uns gefreut. Im nächsten Jahr sehen wir uns wieder. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, es war ein toller Urlaub. Seit rd. 15 Jahren buchen wir unsere Ferienwohnung an der Ostsee über die Firma Wongel. Auch dieses Mal hat alles wieder perfekt gepasst. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einzigartig.

Wir haben ja schon dreimal über Ihre Agentur gebucht, was wir nicht machen würden, wären wir nicht zufrieden. Weiter so !! Ansonsten war der Urlaub herrlich, heuer natürlich auch mit dem schönen Wetter, wo wir täglich mit dem Rad unterwegs waren. Wir würden das App. auch sofort wieder nehmen. Es ist natürlich schade, dass es immer wieder Mieter gibt, die sich nicht an den zugesprochenen Autostellplatz halten und man dadurch einfach mal wieder Ärger hat.
