Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren insgesamt 9 Tage vor Ort und hatten beide Wohnungen im Haus. Diese sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die obere Wohnung ist komplett neu, die untere wurde neu saniert. Sie sind sauber und es wird hier auf sehr viel kleine Details geachtet. Bücher und Spiele für kurzweilige sind auch vorhanden. Die obere Wohnung ist heller und wärmer, liegt aber daran, das es ein Reihenhaus ist und oben einfach mehr Licht rein kommt. das obere Schlafzimmer und die Küche ist auch etwas größer. Beide Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet. Von der Seife bis zu den Handtüchern, Toilettenpapier & Spülmaschinentabs für die ersten Tage (falls die Spülmaschine genutzt wird), ansonsten ist Spülmittel vorhanden und die Betten bezogen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, das Haus liegt in einer Feriensiedlung., ca 5 min Fussweg bis zum Bootssteg des "Großen Pönitzer See". Hier kann man Baden und Paddeln (muss selbst mitgebracht werden) Hier ist auch nicht soviel los. Es gibt jedoch auch noch 1 - 2 Badestellen rund um den See, die zum Baden angelegt sind (kostenpflichtig, aber günstig). Das Haus kann nicht direkt mit dem Auto angefahren werden, ein Parkplatz ist ca 50m von Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto sind es etwa 15 min bis nach Scharbeutz und an die Ostsee oder ca 20 min bis zum Timmendorfer Strand. Radwege sind vorhanden. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieter, die immer sofort geantwortet haben, als wir im Vorfeld Fragen hatten, nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
