Ideally located very close to the turistic harbour of Marina di Scarlina and Yatching Club and beach at only 600m from the house! Very quiet residential area. You can reach other nearby beaches by car, such as Follonica (6km), Castiglione della Pescaia (15km), Punta Ala (12km) and many more. Interesting medieaval towns nearby include Massa Marittima, Montepescali, Caldana and the Etruscan remains in Vetulonia. During the summer season most villages stage gastronomic and folklore evenings with good food, music and open air operas. In Follonica you will find 2 open air cinemas

Casa accogliente e posto tranquillo

Appartamento spazioso per accogliere 9 persone. Cucina super accessoriata di tutto e bagni nuovi. Siamo stati 2 settimane in 3 adulti con 6 bambini e la posizione era strategica per visitare tutte le spiagge libere della zona.

Appartamento pulito e spazioso in una zona molto tranquila

Appartamento comodo anche per 2 famiglie. Bagni appena rifatti (mancavano i portasciugamani, portasapone e porta carta igienica ma la signora Laura ha detto che sistemava subito). Comodo locale cucina-soggiorno con elettrodomestici nuovi e comodo divano letto, 3 camere spaziose. Possibilità di mangiare fuori sul terrazzo e il cortile sottostante può essere utilizzato anche per deposito sdraio ombrelloni gonfiabili. Le spiaggie nelle vicinanze sono adatte anche a famiglie con bambini piccoli raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti di cammino o a pochi minuti in macchina per la spiaggia del porto di Scarlino. Per spiaggie un po' più belle è necessario un 5-10 minuti in macchina ma ne vale veramente la pena. La signora Liliana proprietaria è stata gentilissima ma non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscerla. La signora Laura che gestisce la casa è molto gentile e disponibile.

Unterkunft war sauber

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben war sauber jedoch bis zum Strand ist es etwas weiter wie beschrieben und es gab kein Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Der Strand ist sehr flach man kann gute 300m reinlaufen für Familien mit klein Kinder oder für Hunde optimal zum schwimmen etwas schlecht. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

Non coerente con le aspettative

La proprietaria e la signora che gestisce l'appartamento sono molto gentili e disponibili. Purtroppo l'appartamento pure essendo comodo per due famiglie con bambini è un po indietro con la manutenzione ordinaria. Inoltre a nostro parere la posizione non è adatta a chi vuole andare in spiaggia a piedi soprattutto se con bimbi piccoli. Infatti non ci sono lidi raggiungibili facilmente a piedi, e la spiaggia libera non è abbaxtanza vicina per arrivarci a piedi con sdraio ombrelloni e bimbi. Infine il giardino di fatto non c è : c è un piccolo cortile non recintato a bordo strada privata del complesso
