Bellissima vacanza a Scarlino

Località splendida, tranquilla, servita, spiagge e mare bellissimi e di tutti i tipi e per tutte le esigenze. Cordialità e ospitalità ottimi. Locali per mangiare bene e a prezzo giusto ce ne sono tantissimi (eccellenza al "Fortezza" di Castiglione della Pescaia). Appartamento ottimo sia per dimensioni che per servizi e pulizia, l'ospitalità del proprietario e dei suoi genitori da evidenziare. Grazie ancora Andrea, anche per i consigli sul territorio. Unico neo il posto macchina riservato che manca e non sempre, in alta stagione, si trova vicino all'alloggio.

Beautiful days!

L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato in perfette condizioni di pulizia. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben distribuiti e non manca nulla di tutto cio' che serve per la vita quotidiana. Due balconi utilissimi per distendere, uno dotato anche di tavolino se si vuole mangiare fuori. La vista è sul giardino della proprietà e sui giardini delle case circostanti. In 2 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il porto di Scarlino e a meno di 10 min di auto si trova la spiaggia del Puntone. A dimostrazione del fatto che ci siamo trovati bene e che la posizione è strategica (non siamo mai stati nella stessa spiaggia per piu' di 2 gg consecutivi), vi basti sapere che abbiamo prolungato la vacanza di una settimana spostandoci in un altro appartamento sempre di proprietà del signor Andrea: struttura simile con vista mare mozzafiato e ottima veranda. Andrea è un perfetto padrone di casa che coordina tutto con precisione. Grazie per questi giorni fantastici che abbiamo passato in quel di Scarlino. Elena e Massimo con Beatrice (10 anni) e Maria (7 anni)

Casa molto semplice con ampio giardino. A due passi dalla passeggiata per la splendida cala violina

A cinque minuti dal porticciolo ove è possibile trovare un piccolo supermercato e vari negozi oltre a bar e ristorante Casa molto pulita con forniture di base Il giardino è davvero grande Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile
