Conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Scarlino, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 91 km (56 mi) from Montalcino. Campo Valerio is a lovely stone building (300 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Experience the Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea from the property (7 km 4 mi).

The sea is 6.5 km far from the villa.
The property is not completely fenced in, so animals can roam freely.
We accept animals of any number and size, but although the property is very large (about 13 hectares), we cannot guarantee adequate enclosure.

Outside you will also find a barbecue grill and playground. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation.
