It is located in South Cliff just above the Scarborough Spa with entertainment, event and conference facilities. There are several paths down through the gardens to the Spa, beach and the seafront. It is also just around the corner from the shops and food outlets on Ramshill Road. You should find just about everything you need for a comfortable stay in Scarborough.

The Space:
The property is all on one level with two bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is a very well equipped kitchen and a large lounge/dining room with a double sofa bed. There are six or seven steps up to the front door of the building.

Guest Access:
There is a key box by the front door on the right. You will receive an email with the key details around 5 days before your stay.

Getting Around:
The property is just off Ramshill Road where there are a number of bus services and it is only a short walk into the town centre and the railway station. At the other end of the road is the Esplanade which also has the coastal path running along it both north and south. This also links with The Wolds Way when you head down towards Bridlington and Filey. This way-marked walk takes in the Yorkshire Wolds with is rolling chalk hills and vales.

Other Things to Note:
Few ground floor apartments have more than one bedroom. This apartment has two and whilst modernised retains many of the great period features that provides a luxurious and spacious property.
