Posto ok ma accoglienza da migliorare.

L appartamento si trova in un posto invidiabile con spiaggia di sassolini subito profonda e cristallina. Mai affollata!! La casa ha un potenziale alto ma meriterebbe manutenzione e maggiore pulizia. Accoglienza e disponibilità degli intermediari insufficiente ed i proprietari non hanno mai fornito un contatto diretto. Nessuna info sulla zona e sul contesto ci è stata fornita e il check sbrigativo e superficiale. Peccato perché il posto permette un relax invidiabile a Ferragosto. Letti comodi e casa fresca anche senza condizionatore.

Vacanza all’insegna del mare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa situata nel villaggio Baia del Carpino in pieno ferragosto, quando tutto intorno le spiagge e le baie erano piene di villeggianti. La casa si è rivelata un bel rifugio, funzionale, con una magnifica vista sul mare e dei magnifici tramonti.

La casa all'interno di un villaggio ben organizzato e curato è spaziosa con vista mare, la spiaggia della caletta si raggiunge in 5-10 minuti di camminata. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, avevamo bisogno di una settimana di relax ed è quello che abbiamo trovato. Esperienza da ripetere.

La casa è molto bella con una vista magnifica sulla baia, è una casa al mare 'vissuta', si respira l'aria di una casa abitata regolarmente. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è una piccola spiaggia tranquilla e molto bella, i dintorni sono molto suggestivi e meritano il viaggio. Check-in perfetto, Marco ci ha persino aiutato a scaricare la macchina e ci ha dato mille dritte per la zona ed è stato sempre disponibile dirante il soggiorno, accoglienza super! Rapporto qualità prezzo invidiabile. Non pensateci due volte!

La baia del Carpino è incantevole.

Casa comoda e spaziosa. Il tramonto sul mare è incomparabile. C’è il problema di dover portare su l’acqua potabile.

Tutto perfetto

Abbiamo trascorso una ventina di giorni presso la casa della signora Rosa e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'abitazione, luminosa e accogliente, dispone di tutto il necessario (e più!), è arredata con gusto e dal terrazzo si gode dello splendido panorama di Baia del Carpino. La spiaggetta si trova a pochi minuti dalla casa e non è mai troppo affollata. Vicino a casa c'è un fornaio/pizzeria (prodotti ottimi) e un banchetto di frutta e verdura. Insomma, non manca nulla per poter trascorrere una splendida vacanza a Scalea. Grazie ancora alle gentilissime Piera, la figlia della signora Rosa, e Antonella, disponibili per ogni necessità durante tutta la vacanza.

Stupendo panorama

Casa con una veduta dall'alto sul mare. Visuale stupenda e romantica. Situata in comprensorio privato con personale per pulizie e giardinaggio. Gli interni spaziosi, arredamenti modesti, non manca nulla. Sanitari nuovi e igienici. Delizioso balconcino con vista mare ideale per colazione romantica. Accesso alla piccola e tranquilla spiaggetta tramite sentiero di circa 400 m con scalini in mezzo alla natura selvaggia. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile che ascolta le richieste dei suoi ospiti. S. Nicola Arcella e Scalea raggiungibili in auto in pochi minuti.

Una casa immersa ... nel mare!

Appena entrati nel nostro appartamento, la visione spettacolare del mare calabrese e della Baia del Carpino, ci hanno ripagati dei 700 e passa Km percorsi per giungere fin lì. L'appartamento poi ha superato le nostre aspettative: la camera delle ragazze è diventata per una settimana il loro "regno", mentre noi ci beavamo della musica del mare che proveniva dalla terrazza. L'appartamento è il massimo della funzionalità, con tutto quello che serve per una famiglia che vuole godersi il mare senza rinunciare alle comodità della casa. Il percorso verso la baia del Carpino è poco agevole, causa la mancanza di manutenzione, ovviamente non imputabile alla proprietaria ma alla gestione del residence, però la "nostra" spiaggetta è sicuramente la migliore tra tutte quelle visitate nel corso di questa settimana. Un grazie speciale alla Sig. ra Rosa, i cui occhi azzurri sono stati sicuramente rubati al mare di Calabria, a sua figlia (prodiga di consigli su cosa fare durante la nostra vacanza) e ad Antonella che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo, fornendoci tutte le indicazioni utili per godere al meglio della casa e del residence (come dimenticare i cornetti del forno vicino casa!). Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità! 5 stelle strameritate!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in famiglia, trascorsa piacevolmente a bagno nell'acqua cristallina della baia del Carpino, a pochi passi dall'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato: luogo ameno, gradevole, luminoso e fresco, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, essenziale ma molto accogliente. Con pochi minuti di macchina è stato possibile raggiungere il paesino di San Nicola Arcella, la spiaggia davanti l'isola di Dino e quella adiacente all' Arco Magno, che ci hanno regalato altrettante meravigliose giornate . Una vacanza che ricorderemo felicemente nonostante la nostra visita sia stata durante i giorni più affollati di Agosto. Ci piacerebbe molto rivivere questi luoghi incantevoli e consigliamo caldamente questa casina ai prossimi visitatori.

Soggiorno piacevole

Pulitissima, accessoriata, addirittura con una libreria ben fornita. Si capisce che era una casa per le vacanze di famiglia, un po' datata nella mobilia, però accogliente e con spazi ampi. La terrazza è piccolina, ma noi eravamo in tre a abbiamo comunque potuto mangiare all'aperto. La spiaggia, raggiungibile in 8-10 minuti di discesa a piedi, è un angolo di paradiso poco frequentato, cosa eccezionale per questa zona.

Bellissima posizione e spiaggia incantevole

L'appartamento si trova in un residence al primo piano. Dall'abitazione si accede direttamente sul sentiero che porta alla Baia del Carpino, percorrendo in discesa circa 200/300 mt. (in salita al ritorno) in gran parte all'ombra di piante. La proprietaria e la figlia che ci ha accolto sono persone molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è fornita di tutto, anche se non ci sono elettrodomestici nuovi sono comunque in buono stato. Ottima la presenza di un secondo bagno nella camera con due letti singoli! Ogni sera si godeva un magnifico tramonto. Dalla casa si vede il mare e tanto verde intorno. Anche la nostra cagnolina ha apprezzato tutto questo verde! L'auto è indispensabile. La zona è fornita di centri commerciali e ristoranti di ogni livello. Bellissimo il centro pedonale di San Nicola Arcella da percorrere durante la sera e il centro storico di Scalea. Entrambi i paesi si trovano a non più di 3 km dall'abitazione. Consiglieremo questa proprietà ai nostri amici.

Superb view to sunset to sea from nice appartment.

We travelled to the accomadotion from Czech Republic (1700 km) so we were very curious how this appartment and its vicinity will look. We were very well surprised by the organisation of our welcome. The family of the owner is very helpful and friendly and there is every time somebody who is possible to communicate in English what was very important for us. The appartment is very spacious (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a balcony with a very nice view at the bay and on the sunset to the Tyrhenian sea. The equipment of the flat is very nice and in the kitchen you find everything what you need for cooking and well beeing. The accomodation is a part of the closed privat appartment area with gardens with plenty of trees and flovers, which is shady and very pleasent. This area is situated just about the top of the cliff and below this rocks you find privat pebles beach when is possible to swim, ride on the wawes and to spend very good time. The beach you reach by 10 minuts long way. Whole residental area is, despite of the rest of Scalea resort, daily serviced by wastage car. Scalea town is only 5 minuts drive far, where are possibilities for shoping, eating in good restaurants ih the historic center and also to find another beaches, for example near by the delta of the Lao river. The wider vicinity of the Scalea is very nice too. Small historic town Marathea with the 3rd biggest sculpture of the Christ in the world, many small towns on the tops of the hills and whole area of the natural park Polino.
