Paradise

It was our second time staying at this condo. Beautiful views and a refreshing ocean breeze make this one of the most relaxing places on Earth. Would definitely book a third time!

This place is a dream.

We loved this entire trip. The property is great. The communication with the host and property manager was quick and easy. The apartment is so nice and clean. The pool was beautiful and warm and we practically had it to ourselves most days. The town of Punta mita is so fun and the best food. We will for sure come back and we would stay in this same unit again. The only downside was the rocky beach but we stacked the rocks and took a walk in our shoes and still had a great time.

Very Nice Spot

Great property overall. Very clean, spacious, well equipped and beautiful view. The pool is fantastic and the people are super nice. Excellent location in relation to downtown, restaurants, etc. Make sure to rent a golf cart!

Wonderful getaway in Punta Mita

We had a wonderful stay. The minute we walked into this beautiful place we knew we were going to have an amazing time. The patio doors were wide open across the huge expanse of patio. We never closed them the entire trip. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living space were perfect. Pool was private and always quiet which was lovely. We had a great experience with Fabrico. He was uber responsive to our needs. Will definitely come back.

Vacation

The unit we stayed in was very nice, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. An amazing view. And the pool/ beach access was good. Unfortunate smell of sewage coming up from the pipes and in the general area of the condo. Good short walk to the town; however, at times it smelled very bad. This was not the property’s fault. Even with that we would definitely stay here again. The property manager was excellent and arranged transport for us. Security was on site the whole time as well.

Had a great time

The condo is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could need! It is huge with great views. The beds were super comfortable and tons of towels for the bathrooms and the beach. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. Make sure to book a golf cart because you are situated a bit from restaurants and a market. Make sure to bring Pesos as not all places take credit cards.

Paradise

The building and the condo are well maintained and cared for. It's a stunning experience with gorgeous views, and a short walk from delicious dinning options. It was worth it to be right on the beach and have the pool option. Would 10/10 recommend and will book again!

Exceptional Property

The beautifully appointed, spacious unit well-exceeded our expectations. The photos online are very good, but the unit was even more incredible in person. We also enjoyed the very friendly staff who constantly went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable time. Thank you to the owner for also being so quick and helpful with any questions we had! We'll be back!

Wonderful visit to Punta Mita

We recently stayed in this property and had a wonderful time. The owner is an excellent host - the communication was excellent before and during our stay. The property is even better than advertised. It is spotless and well stocked. As there are a small number of units in the building, it was always quiet. The view is incredible and the open balcony wall to the ocean is stunning. The town is safe and the people are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

INCREDIBLE VIEWS AND CONDO

We stayed at this beautiful unit over the New Year holiday. The views are stunning, right on top of the soothing ocean, sunrise and sunset views. The balcony was huge with comfortable lounge chairs and dining table. The condo is very spacious, plenty of room for couples or a family (we were a family of 4). All of the furnishings are high end, yet comfortable. Fast and reliable internet (worked overtime with two teenagers). The kitchen was very well stocked, good, clean pots and pans, quality knives and a fair amount of spices and staples which was greatly appreciated. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Fabi is the go to guy. There is a beach in front of the condo, great for lounging and swimming -a little rocky but not bad. The pool is bigger than it looks from above and was never crowded. We highly recommend a golf cart to get around town, it's a short walk to town but so much easier by cart. Lots of good, not great restaurants, Mina was our favorite. This is Mexico, not Malibu so be ready for a little grit. Only small complaint, and its minor, was better communication from the gracious owner about check in and maybe some tips to maximize our stay. Loved the condo, loved Punta Mita, we visited friends "in the gates" and it was lovely and high end, but we prefer where we stayed, especially for the price.

Punta Mita condo

We had a fabulous stay here. The condo is perfect, laid out wonderfully and comfortable. The bed in the master was a bit firm for us, so we then stayed in the 2nd br and the bed there was fantastic. The property is smallish and beautiful with a really nice pool right on the beach, the beach was great for swimming, it's a less then 10 minute walk up the beach to fantastic restaurants. Fabricio the house manager made sure all of our needs were met, and he wa a great host for us. I would definitely stay here again!! loved it!
