Your getaway has a kitchen with dining at the island, living area with comfortable sectional sofa and TV, master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with full bed, 2nd bathroom, deck facing the Pacific Ocean, dipping pool, and laundry room.

In the kitchen, a wine cooler will keep that white wine nice and cool.

The living area has a view out to the patio and on to the Pacific.

The master bedroom -- with views to the ocean -- has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is copious storage space. Full-glass wall (with great curtains) faces the dipping pool.

Common amenities include 2 pools (family pool due Spring 2025), fitness center, business center, rooftop cabana area, and concierge.

Guests have access to all common areas of Caivama, though under-18 are allowed at the roof-top pool only until the family pool is completed (Spring, 2025).

The tropical garden co-working space (Spring, 2025) has workspaces and internet access. Each unit has its own internet access.

Being safe is our top priority. This property has very high elevated balconies, rooftops, and walkways. Please be careful with your children and loved ones. Safety protocols and railings are placed for your safety, but being mindful is never a bad idea.
No children under the age of 13 allowed on the rooftop pool.

Glass is not permitted on pool deck.

Need to use towel when using furniture with bathing suits.
