This beautiful 3-bedroom home is located in the heart of Sayulita, in an incredibly quiet and safe area, away from the noise, but just steps away from everything downtown has to offer. Enjoy spectacular views from the two balconies and the private terrace, the perfect place to relax. ¡Ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and closeness!


The space:

The house has three spacious rooms, each tastefully decorated and equipped to offer the greatest comfort. With ample common spaces, two balconies, and a terrace perfect for enjoying the tropical climate, this house is an oasis in the heart of Sayulita. It is located a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and all the attractions the village has to offer, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Guest access:

Guests will have access to the entire house and can make use of the two balconies, the terrace, the fully equipped kitchen and the common areas. Access is via self check-in with a lockbox located outside that contains the keys and will open with a code that we will provide.

Family stay in Sayulita

Great place to stay close to town. Easy to navigate anywhere from here. A bit noisy at night but with the fan on high in the bedroom it drowns out the town noises and keeps the rooms cool. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and helped us out with whatever we needed. We would stay here again for sure!! Thanks for the great experience.

New Years Reunion!

Stayed here with 2 others for a week over New Years and couldn’t have been more thankful for the property! We all came for our first time in Sayulita and were so amazed at how close and accessible the place was. Accurately pictured, great amenities, incredible rooftop, and perfect views. We referred to it as “the castle” the whole week!! Isaias was super friendly and gave us his WhatsApp for easier contact. Thank you again!
