Available July 11-19,2026. Pear Tree Cottage is on a quiet one-way lane. Just a short stroll down the lane is access to the Shorewood Hills private beach, which you can use during your stay. You will also have access to the community tennis and pickleball courts and playground while you are staying at the Cottage.

Nearby is Warren Dunes with miles of hiking trails, plentiful wineries and breweries, and U-Pick fruit farms. Bicyclists will love the many bike routes nearby, and you take off right from the house! Walking in the Shorewood Hills Community is a treat, and of course, long walks on the beach are a must. You may never want to leave the house, however, with its hot tub, firepit, front porch with glider sofa and dining table, where you can witness wonderful sunsets through the trees. The living level is on the upper level, to take advantage of Lake views and sunsets through the trees. The lower level's two bedrooms both have French doors that open out to the front stone terrace, where you can bask in the sun or fall asleep reading a book on the chaise lounges.
