Welcome to Prairie View, a beautifully built new home nestled in the heart of Sawyer, Michigan. This thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location for your Southwest Michigan getaway.

Prairie View features a spacious open-concept layout with plenty of room for families and groups to gather. The home includes 3 private bedrooms plus a large open loft on the second floor serving as the 4th sleeping area with views of the tree tops.

The primary suite features a king bed, attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the back deck — the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the third bedroom, which includes a full bed. Upstairs, the open loft overlooks the property and offers two twin beds plus twin trundles, creating a fun and flexible sleeping space for kids or additional guests.

Outdoor living is one of Prairie View’s highlights. Enjoy a large backyard complete with a fire pit, spacious deck for outdoor dining and lounging, and a relaxing screened porch perfect for summer evenings.

Located just a short walk to downtown Sawyer, you’ll have easy access to local favorites including Infusco Coffee, SideYard for outdoor dining and cocktails, Susan’s for upscale dining, and the Sawyer Garden Center.

Looking to explore the area? Warren Dunes State Park is only a quick 5-minute drive away, while New Buffalo and several Southwest Michigan wineries are all within 10 minutes of the home.

- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
