Birthday Celebration

We were in Savannah to celebrate a 21st birthday. The location and property were perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great location in the heart of the Savannah Northern Historic District. We could walk everywhere. Very spacious unit. We found the bar across the street from property to be very loud up to 2/3am, even with white noise machines in rooms. Host did provide ear plugs and sleep masks but with small kids, that solution didn’t work for everyone. I would readily book this unit/location again for adults only (or with older kids).

Nice location but not what I paid for

The condo was advertised as a 5 bedroom. In reality, it was only a 3 bedroom with a loft. The place lacked cleanliness, black mold in the showers/ bathrooms, chipping paint, dirty sheets left in the lofts cabinet and the floors need to be cleaned .

State of Property

The place was not clean. Dust was on the furniture and when I swept there was animal hair (I did not have a pet). There was hardly any cooking utensils or pots and pans in the kitchen. There were no wash cloths but plenty of towels. I was not expecting to have to clean the property upon arrival.

Downtown Savannah Stay

This is such a beautiful downtown restoration property! It is located inside of the Engel Volkers Reality building with passcodes to enter the building and then to enter your rented space. The property has huge windows in the bedrooms that overlook the streets. The view of the surrounding buildings, and architecture is very pretty and interesting, especially if you enjoy people watching. The drapes open easily to let in tons of natural light, but when closed offer a dark and cozy haven for sleeping in. Every bed was very comfortable with high quality mattresses and bedding. Sometimes there are a lot of noises from the trucks loading and unloading at night, or from the bar nearby, but each room is thoughtfully provided with noise machines that play white noise or a variety of soothing sounds to allow you to sleep without interruption. While the unit was uniquely and stylishly designed, there were a few issues that could make it even better. The upstairs bathroom door didn't lock, there were a few loose or missing towel hooks, the floors seemed dusty when we arrived, and when we pulled dishes out to use them, multiple dishes were dirty with food smears. We simply washed them, but future guests would benefit from a more thorough clean from housekeeping. It definitely wasn't a deal breaker because it is such a great property. We had everything we needed...plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, dish washer soap, dish soap, dishes, and even laundry detergent! I love that the unit had a washer and dryer. Management was amazing with quick responses and super helpful when we had tech issues with the television. They helped us to get it back online to play our movies. Check out is super simple...just throw in a load of towels and that is it! This property is walking distance to many eateries, a coffee shop, beautiful parks with huge live oak trees that are draped in Spanish moss. It is just lovely. Highly recommend if you enjoy staying in the city.

Savannah trip

The property is located in an excellent location. I would recommend the property to others. The only disadvantage was the extreme noise from the street on Saturday night - the motorcycles, the screaming, the overall noise was a bit much. Sunday was better. On a housekeeping note - some of the towels in two of the bathrooms were folded very nicely but very damp.
