Sailboat Pointe offers guests incredible views, luxurious accommodations and amenities to keep everyone in the family entertained. The main level has an open concept living room, kitchen and dining--all of which have those million dollar views of Pickwick Lake. The main level bedroom suite has its own entrance to the upper deck, a spa-like bathroom with double vanities and a jacuzzi tub, and stunning views to wake up to in the morning. The cook in the family will find a very well stocked kitchen and the adjacent dining room, which overlooks the private dock, will be a great place for families to gather at mealtime. A laundry room and powder room round out the main level.

Ascending the staircase to the upper level, you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an additional flex room with a full size sleeper sofa. Enjoy some quiet time in the cozy reading nook with a selection of books for children and adults.

The terrace level of the home has one bedroom suite as well as a spacious entertainment room with a pool table, comfortable media space with a cozy leather sectional sofa, a selection of games and a second kitchen and bar space open to the game room.

Stepping out from the entertainment room, the screened porch will be a great place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or gather after dinner to enjoy the gas fire pit--all while soaking in those gorgeous lake views!

Access to the lakeside deck and your own private dock is easy with an electric tram that accommodates four people. Bring your own boat or rent one from one of the nearby marinas to take advantage of your own private dock. Use one of the provided kayaks to explore the cove right out from the dock. Let the kids swim right off the dock. Take the boat out to do some tubing, explore beautiful Pickwick Lake (don't miss the waterfall!) or enjoy a stunning sunset cruise. If the lake isn't enough to keep your family busy, there are plenty of nearby attractions. The Outpost--a Pickwick landmark--is a short drive from the house. Pickwick Landing State Park is accessible by boat (a short jaunt right across the lake) or by automobile. History buffs will enjoy touring Shiloh National Civil War battlefield about 30 minutes from the house. Use the fabulous kitchen to prepare some great meals or enjoy one of the numerous local restaurants not far from the house.
