Broughton West, Unit C is the premier condo for that fun downtown Savannah vibe. Original heart pine floors, soaring ceilings, and exposed brick all lend to that "FRIENDS" vibe in this central Broughton Street loft. Whether you're looking to entertain your girls or relax in Savannah as a family, this spacious 2700 sq ft 2 story condo is right on Broughton St and has so many amenities within a stone's throw. There's Alley Cats cocktail lounge in the same building just below, and so many restaurants nearby as well. Views out onto Broughton Street and the twinkling lights of the historic district invite you to go out and have fun!
The main floor of the condo is spacious with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with large flat screen TV, high end appliances, dining space for 10, and plenty of room for hanging out after exploring Savannah. The main floor has bedroom 1 which has a king bed and directly beside that is a full bathroom serving this floor.
Up the grand loft-style industrial stairs, you'll find bedroom 2 with a King bed and bedroom 3 with 2 full beds. Up here is another small seating area to tuck away for private conversations or the reader in the group, a full bathroom, half bath, full size laundry center, and much more living space.
