Experience our Executive Rental, a charming one-bedroom, one-bath condo with a beautiful view of Forsyth Park. Perfect for extended stays of 30 days or more, this first-floor residence is located in a historic apartment building and offers a private balcony where you can enjoy Savannah’s scenery. The condo is within easy walking distance of many downtown restaurants and shops, and River Street is just a 20-minute stroll away.

The apartment features a separate bedroom along with a comfortable living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils, making it ideal for longer stays. Street parking is available nearby.

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire unit. One closet is reserved for cleaning supplies and linens, which you are welcome to use. The only shared space is the laundry area, located in the basement of the building.

Great way to spend a month in Savannah

Amazing location, comfortable amenities. Loved spending the afternoon sitting on the porch or walking across the street to the park. Beautiful bathroom & huge tub. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
