This is truly a great location within walking distance or short drive approx 2 miles to Broughton, River etc. Host was absolutely fantastic and responsive. Check in was easy. Master is a little noisy because it’s on the street side. But would definitely stay again. Pictures describe house beautifully

Not a great location in that it wasn't walkable and overlooks a gas station; consequently, there was lots of outside noise. The place itself was fine.

Easy 2 block walk to Forsyth Park and several excellent restaurants - Collins Quarter in park for brunch and .Local11ten for dinner as well as coffee nearby. Grocery store few blocks away. About a mile walk to river but with nice weather was not difficult. Parking space in back which was nice tohave. Gas station in front of house but we were out and about a lot so not an issue. Amazing and adorable southern charm

We had 6 girls in town for our annual girls trip, coming from various locations in the country and this property was absolutely perfect for us. Not only did it have great indoor space and was a perfect home base for all our travels, the host was super helpful with all our random traveling questions and was so accommodating.
