Perfect location for our visit
Property is well maintained and well furnished. Bedrooms were spacious and each had an ensuite which was wonderful. The living area was small with space only for a love seat. There are several stairs to get in. Not recommended for people with mobility issues. My family enjoyed it and we would definitely stay again.

Savannah
We liked the size of the bedrooms and especially since each had an attached bathroom. Since we had young children along the tv in each room helped also. We had some storms so we had to walk through water and mud to get to our vehicle. The parking could use an update

Perfect for splitting with friends and family
We came for a dance convention with 3 moms and 3 kids. Each of us having our own bathroom was the best part! No waiting on preteens to shower! The construction on the bottom floor prevented driveway parking and street parking could be difficult if you came in late in the evening. Not a single complaint for the property itself! We would stay again.

Convenient Spot
This location was great for a group. I booked this location for couples trip. Every couple had their own room with their bathroom. The rooms were all private and you could hear through walls. It’s long way up the stairs to main entrance. This place is close to pretty much everything you would want to do however, it is directly on corner of two fairly busy streets so the traffic noise is a constant. Altogether this spot was great and we will be booking again!

Wedding weekend
We stayed her with our two adult daughters for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Each room has its own bathroom and the beds are big and comfy. There’s only a small kitchen and loveseat in the main area so if you are going to be hanging around inside a lot it would be tight.
The unit is in a commercial type building on the top floor. Easy to access
A great spot
The place was really cute & convenient to stores & restaurants. Very clean. The first floor of the property was being renovated so the side yard had a lot of un attractive debris. But we understood. Trevor was quick to respond to any question i had & I really like that. Thanks for a great experience.

Sisters in Savannah
Great place. Looked recently updated. Very clean and bedrooms, bathrooms and beds were AWESOME. Having a second story entrance was a negative. We packed our luggage and it was heavy! The space does lack a common gathering space and has no place to eat if you choose to make something at "home". BUT, it is VERY handy to downtown and MANY eating places. You're on vacation - eat out! Also, a 2X1 corner sectional unit would provide more seating in the living area, which would be nice.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
Great place to stay that is not far from the historic district and River Street. The property was just as described situated on a corner lot in an upcoming neighborhood. It is relatively quite, except for a train that rolled through pretty consistently at around 7am. The door to the unit is on the second floor, and the stairs are moderately steep and not well lit. This only posed a problem when we came in after dark one night in the pouring rain. The rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Great AC - which was wonderful since it was so hot and humid. The kitchen was nice but we did not use it. Living room had only a small loveseat. The only other seating was a chair located in one of the bedrooms. Could use a few more chairs to allow for bigger groups to hang out together. We ended up spending most of our time in one of the bedrooms. During our stay, we utilized the street access parking on Anderson Street, however this may be unavailable on certain nights due to street sweeper schedules. However, we had no issues being able to park within the block. Property owner was very informative and available. Overall a great place to stay if you’d like to visit Savannah and be close to the action but removed from the crowds. Would definitely stay here again!

Friends trip
Our first time to Savannah and we loved it! The place was perfect for us and two other couples. We did bring some folding chairs as there is only one loveseat and we enjoy having coffee in the morning and discussing the days plan. Short walk to the DOT to take us downtown. Very clean and the host was easy to communicate with.

Loved the bedrooms and baths!
It was nice to have 3 bedrooms with king beds and 3 full baths. It is a new listing so there are a few things that need to be addressed to make it a great place to stay. In 2 of the bedrooms there was nowhere to set things except the night stands and they were tiny. The shower curtains were short in the showers so water was getting on the floors. More towels are needed and blankets. The living room area needs more seating. To occupy 6 people there was only seating for 2. A small sectional would be perfect. A larger trash can is needed in the kitchen. It was convenient to downtown and we could have walked if we didn't have nana. There is also a train that comes through each morning!

Great stay!
Check in was super easy, the entire place was very clean! All linens/towels/kitchen items were great quality and well stocked. We loved that all 3 bedrooms have their own king-sized bed and bathrooms as well as their own adjustable A/C units so you don't have to worry about everyone else's temperature preferences.
The location is a bit of a walk into historic Savannah so pack comfortable shoes, but it was a beautiful walk and very easy to get to a trolley stop and was perfect for the start of the St Patty's day parade route!
The one thing I didn't prepare for was being so close to train tracks and the train coming through several times the first night, but the following nights were no issue as the train came in the morning so guessing the train schedule changes daily. The other item to note is that there is very limited common area seating (only 1 love seat/coffee table and 1 rolling chair from a bedroom), so if you use all 3 bedrooms there will be nowhere to sit/gather for a group of 6 adults.

Great place to stay!
Very nice apartment, recently renovated with 3 big bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, within walking distance of some great restaurants, and comes with off-street parking spaces and a lot of room to store bicycles in the yard. (We had 6!) It’s not exactly centrally located but central downtown is walkable (30ish minutes) and easily accessible, a 10 minute drive

Great For Some Guests, But Not For Everyone
We spent Christmas at this unit. My husband and I drove down from NJ, with our dog, and our younger son drove up from FL several days later. Our older son was supposed to fly down to join us, but tested positive for COVID less than a week before Xmas.
The three bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. They all have private baths, large beds, and TVs. Two of the three have closets; the third has a free-standing clothes rack. That bedroom has a desk with swivel-chair, which happens to be the only chair in the unit.
The kitchen is well-stocked, and we were pleased with the equipment provided. There is no real dining area. The only seating is a loveseat (albeit a comfortable one). There are two nesting glass coffee tables, but it is not a unit for people who intend to spend a lot of time gathering in the common area.
I think it's perfect for groups who plan to spend lots of time sightseeing and dining out, which means it will be satisfactory for most visitors to Savannah.
It is not suitable for people with physical challenges, since it is only accessible from a steep, outdoor staircase. I also wouldn't recommend it, overall, for extended stays, since moving lots of luggage in and out is a little tricky: the parking is around the corner, and belongings must be carried from there to the locked gate, and then carried upstairs. There is parking for at least two vehicles in the lot behind the gated yard.
There is a spacious outdoor yard, but it is not suitable for most outdoor activities. It is an asset for those traveling with dogs, since it is fully enclosed and they can run freely out there.
The building is situated in a transitional, rapidly-gentrifying, neighborhood, very close to magnificent rows of Victorian houses. Energetic folks can walk the 1.5 mile distance to the Historic Center of Savannah. Otherwise, it is easy to walk to the free "DOT" shuttle, which runs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
There are some good little cafes and restaurants nearby, and the Kroger supermarket is within walking distance.
Trevor was an excellent, attentive host.
I recommend this unit, with the qualifications described above .
