Inside you'll find a bright interior with plenty of natural light, surrounded by lush greenery. The living area invites you in to lounge on the comfortable furniture and have a great conversation, or to watch a movie on the large TV. The good: The property is recently remodeled and in fairly good shape. Everything was 9.5/10 on the cleanliness scale. The beds were comfortable. It was well located for our needs and easily accessible.The bad: the local property manager was not reachable and never responded to me. I had to reach out elsewhere to get help. The furnace went out on our second day, it was still not repaired when we left after 5 days and the beds only had thin quilts on them to try and keep warm with temperatures dropping to the low 40’s. The internet was unpredictable at best, and never did work right the entirety of our stay. Their maintenance person came, connected his phone to it and deemed it “working” and left, despite my insistence of it not working. I fully gave up on that and had to do work at a friend’s place nearby.Both upstairs toilets leak, causing the toilets to randomly run every 10 minutes or so, day and night.I made an inquiry prior to my arrival, which took two follow-ups and 2 additional days to get a response. An inquiry during our stay went completely unanswered.As a property manager and fellow host, these are huge deals to me and are wholly unacceptable. Communication and responsiveness are crucial and sorely lacking, between the local manager and Vacasa, the management company, which is not local.

Not too far from the beach in Tybee Island or Savannah. We took an Uber to Factors Walk in Savannah for ~$20. The Flying Fish Bar & Grill is less than a minute drive away and there’s mini golf. The duplex was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are bright in the morning so i wished there were blackout curtains.

Savannah visit

The condo was clean and as described. On a main road so front bedroom heard cars driving by but my friend likes white noise while she sleeps so it didn’t bother her. Easy ride to Savannah and close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again.

Our short sweet stay

We just loved this place!! The little comfy condo had soft comfy beds. TVs for everyone, brand new appliances and a washer & dryer. Two thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. Just loved the way it was decorated. Such a sweet modern look. Not the best view outside but is definitely in the perfect location to the beach and to downtown

Great stay, plenty of space. I felt safe in the area as a solo woman traveler. Parking was convenient. I only stayed in one bed- bed was firm. Wifi worked well for work from home. Kitchen has all cookware but plan to bring spices/oils/coffee, etc. It was about 15-20 minute drive from downtown. My only complaint is there’s not much around to walk to and limited sidewalks. That’s not the house/stay fault of course.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

The townhouse was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable. All of the necessities were provided. Central location between River St and Tybee. We had a great trip and would stay again.
