When we arrived we were shocked with the location. We felt we were misled. The taxi driver had trouble finding the property even with his GPS. After 20 minutes going around we finally found it. We were lead to believe this was a property with villas. You labeled it as a hotel when we booked, it's not. To add insult to injury, the "villa" we had booked had been given to someone else because of faulty AC. The lady at the property did not know we were coming. She connected with the owner and she wanted us to take another area. We ended up not staying at the property. We had to pay for other accommodation out of pocket. We feel you did a poor job of promoting this accommodation.
