Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier).
Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed).
Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!

It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information.
Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest.
Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc
Great location but the service was not good. We stayed a whole week and the swimming pool and jacuzzi NEVER worked and nobody could tell us what the problem was or when was it going to be fixed. They were rude when we asked and said it was not their problem.
Decent hotel. A bit outdated. The staff was not very helpful at check in and did not give us all the information we needed as ski beginners but later was helpful. Would not recomment if it's your first time ski. Location is isolated and not walking distance from the city or the ski attractions - about 5-10 min drive so you need to spend half a day with logistics before you can start skiing. The hotel bar is very pleasant with great apres ski cocktails and complimentry food. Overall it is a good hotel
Excellent service and staff. Fantastic food and good facilities. Great for ski in and out.
WiFi is shocking..almost non existent. Would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than expresso machine but that’s a personal preference,

good ambience with rustic feel. Location was excellent to get to the slopes. Most staff tried very hard but it was clear that the hotel was chronically understaffed and under-invested.
WiFi was dreadful!!!!! No complimentary water in the room. No shaver charging point in bathroom. No iron available.
Food was good; however, restaurant was effectively closed to hotel guests (on B and B bookings) for dinner when a tour group came...requiring hotel guests to go elsewhere (not very appealing when you are tired after a fun day of skiing). Parts of the bar were also closed.
Some staff recognised the problems and tried to help, others just ignored you "you are only Bed and Breakfast" --suggesting what we were not even entitled to be able to pay for dinner at our own hotel.
The Pool an Spa are excellent--but extra. The extra, however, is worth it.
I would go again but armed with the above knowledge and expectation.

Could have been so much better
The Bar area with light food snacks in the evening is the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are very warm and the pillows are uncomfortable. Breakfast is good but the same restaurant is trying too hard to become fine dining in the evening and missing the mark except for on the price which definitely is high end for the quality.
Overall disappointed with this hotel especially considering the cost. The best thing was the location for ski in/ski out and the staff were very nice and helpful. The eating arrangements were fine for breakfast but not suitable in the evening for a family with young children, only one restaurant not two and it was a la carte and expensive. The room was very noisy at night, didn’t sleep well at all. The family rooms were not soundproof at all. Wouldn’t return despite the lovely staff.
Service was excellent - breakfast was also excellent.
dinner in restaurant was limited for vegetarians
friendly, warm and a lovely hotel in great location
The hotel has a nice layout, clean and a good old school feel. Room wise, four of us checked into a room configured with a queen bed (combined 2 singles) and a bunk bed, which wasn't that comfortable though that was compensated by the beautiful views from the room. The room doesn't have a kettle but the hotel was happy to provide hot water from the lounge downstairs, which wasn't exactly convenient.
The hotel provided a free shuttle van to the town, which was handy but only at certain times. However, still had to walk to the nearest ski field even though it was along the shuttle's way. It's possible to do a ski in ski out from the hotel, which also provides a ski storage for a fee.
We visited the wellness centre in the hotel, which is run by a third party and there's a fee to be paid (for up to 3 hours use of facilities). We had a great time in the sauna, swimming pool, spa and jacuzzi.
Buffet breakfast was included in our room stay and it had a good spread. On our final night, we decided to try dinner in the hotel restaurant. There were plenty of choices for the buffet entree and dessert and we enjoyed the two mains.
Overall it was an excellent stay with great service.
Really nice, cosy hotel. While out of town a bit, good location with ski in and out. Staff were very attentive. We were 2 friends so found the small room with twin beds too close together a little disappointing but am sure we just had one of the less salubrious rooms. It was clean, functional, warm, with a good shower and all we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Cocktails in the bar just exquisite especially the House spritz. Great service and the restaurant very good. We were snowed in but found the hotel a lovely place to chill.
The hotel is lovely. Good service from staff and breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious and skiing was direct from the hotel. You have to pay for use of the leisure facilities which is 12 euros per day which is quite pricey and should be included for hotel guests. The hotel is a bit of a hike from the main centre although there is a hotel shuttle which runs until 7.30pm. This would have been perfect if restaurants in the centre of town opened around 5pm but they don't open until 7.15pm and we found the local area really hard to get a descent meal ....which is unusual for an Italian town. There were two really nice restaurants at the hotel but meals were a bit pricey. They do have a 'nibbles/buffet' and drinks offer which was excellent value.
I would stay here again as the hotel was lovely.
Perfect for downhill skiing, but 15-20 minutes walk away from centro Sestriere so that limits trips there even if there is a Shuttle in the morning & afternoon (only) . Nice breakfast and spa area, and in general a nice place, but might be somewhat overpriced vs alternatives.. A little slow service in the reception.
The staff weren't very helpful and weren't interested in being accommodating. The. breakfast was good and reliable. The bar was fun and the gourmet restaurant on site was nice. The shuttle service was convenient too. The parking is terrible. The hot tub has to be paid for, which is ridiculous for a mountain top resort.
Great hotel would stay again the staff were friendly! Couple of points would like to mention for improvement. The beds are very hard and the cleaning staff made a massive point of not getting a tip one day our dirty towels were hung back up no loo roll replaced and nothing cleaned or rubbish picked up. We got the hint and our €5 left on the bed soon sorted the problem. The ski in ski out is very misleading it took us 5 days of skiing to figure it out netherthelss we did. Get the nearest lift up but get off at the first stop point and ski down to hotel. The boot room is great. The food is great and reasonable for quality. It's quite annoying that you have to pay €12.50 pp to use the spa even if you are a hotel guest but we did use it a lot it's lovely and relaxing after a day skiing. I would stay again because of the spa. But the location is not great.
Deludente!
Pessimo!
