Holiday Home 'Casa Valeria Sea and Teide View' with Sea View, Private Terrace & Wi-Fi

A corner of paradise in northern Tenerife. The highlight of this apartment? In the morning, you can have breakfast on the upper terrace with views of the sea and Mount Teide. The apartment has a private entrance and is located in a very quiet area of the island, just 5 minutes by car from the sea. The nearest town is El Sauzal, only 5 minutes away, and Puerto de la Cruz is just 15 minutes away. This way, you can enjoy peace and quiet without giving up the convenience of services and attractions.



The property is new, completely renovated in 2024, and consists of:



- A spacious main bedroom with a double bed and the option to add a crib.

- A second bedroom with a single bed; the house is ideal for a family of four, but not for two couples, as there is only one double bed.

- The only bathroom is spacious and modern, equipped with a bidet.

- The kitchen is equipped with many utensils and appliances, except for a dishwasher and oven.

- The two private outdoor areas are very spacious and can be used all year round thanks to the mild climate.



The first use of the washing machine is free; after that, it is available for an extra fee. Please take out the trash when you check out.



The interiors are inspired by local art and craftsmanship. The details and wooden furniture were made by a local carpenter, while the lighting installations are the result of innovative artistic techniques. The paintings reflect the artistic spirit passed down through generations. The apartment follows a greenlife concept: all personal care and cleaning products provided are zero-impact and handmade.
