The dreamlike apartment with private entrance is located on the outskirts of Sautens, in a beautiful location overlooking the Acherkogel. Furnished with great attention to detail, the accommodation is accessed via an outdoor staircase that leads to the covered garden lounge. After a day of skiing or hiking, fully unwind in the infrared sauna. Luxury and privacy!
The Hochötz-KĂŒhtai ski area is just 4 km away and scores points with its family-friendliness. It offers services such as a ski school, children's courses, WIDI's Children's Club and an indoor kindergarten. In summer, the area is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, most of which start right at the house. The popular Piburger See is just under 4 km away. The Ötztal cycle path runs under the house and the well-known AREA 47 can be reached in no time at all

Schöner Winterurlaub

Wir hatten eine rundum schöne Woche in Sautens. Die Kinder waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Skigebiet, dass nahegelegen von Ötz aus erreichbar ist, und wir haben eine bunte Auswahl an Winterwanderwegen in der Umgebung gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Sehr schönes edles Appartement. Richtig zum wohlfĂŒhlen. Leider hat die Agentur die Vermieterin nicht darĂŒber informiert, dass unser Haustier eine Katze ist, was etwas den Start getrĂŒbt hat. Aber sonst war alles 1 Klasse. Lage fantastisch, das Örtchen selbst mĂ€rchenhaft

Excellentes APpartment

Wir fanden die Lage der Ferienwohnung außerordentlich gut: sehr schöner Ausblick auf den Achkogel, Wald, Freibad und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Terasse(n) ermöglichen es bei jedem Wetter, im freien zu Essen und zu chillen. Die Einrichtung ist neu, funktional und geschmackvoll, die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit - was will man mehr? :-)

Ruheoase mit Bergpanorama

Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Vermieter, Erika & Roman, haben wir als weltoffene, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Menschen kennenzulernen dĂŒrfen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Anzeige. Uns hat besonders die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die ruhige Lage und das herrliche Bergpanorama gefallen. Wir als Wanderer sind hier voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Einige Touren kann man direkt von der Wohnung aus starten. Wir sind sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal GĂ€ste gewesen!!
