The cabin was basic but laid out well. The one thing I’d definitely have had different was the coffee pot. Not only was it a full pot brew (wasteful when only one person is drinking coffee) but the coffee wasn’t warm and had to be put in the microwave immediately after brewing

Cozy Cabin

No dishwasher. Hot tub was great! Cozy little cabin in the woods. Good privacy and close enough to downtown Helen to go to shops and stores easily. WiFi was good enough for streaming and all of the appliances and heat worked great!

Terrible management

We didn't get to stay bc we had no heat. They didn't seem to care that I had nowhere else to stay, or the refund would take days to come back on my card, or that I was hours from home. The place had cob webs and looked like nobody has checked on anything in forever. We contacted the office and the manager and they didn't seem to concerned about us not having any heat. We would never rent from this company and would never recommend it.I don't think I would have been so upset had that actually tried to help get us at another place or treated us like they cared.

Anniversary trip

Its a nice little cabin for two. We did enjoy the cabin a lot. The hot tub was very nice and We always enjoy some front porch sitting. The grill was broken and the cabin could have been a bit cleaner there was hair in the shower floor and the house was a little dusty. And the cable didn't work upstairs. We didn't go to watch TV so no big deal. I did inform property management when checking out. Overall we would definitely stay again.
