Housing located under the house of the owners with a superb view of the mountains. It includes two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and one in the pond. Possibility to park motorcycles in the closed garage of the owners. The accommodation is large, functional and clean. it is located in a hamlet, accessible to shops (10 minutes by car), ideal for walks and visits to the Var Valley. Presence of a small balcony around the accommodation to eat outdoors. Possibility to access a non-adjoining land. The accommodation is on the ground floor. Two public car parks in the village allow to park easily the cars, possibility of breakfasts or stays in half-board
