This house is a single family home that has 2 separate living areas with a shared kitchen. Upstairs has an open living/kitchen area with an island, two large bedrooms (one is oversized) both with queen beds and a full bath. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (One with a queen bed and one with a full bed), Full bath, den with sliders to a deck, and a laundry room.

Great for swimming and kayaking. Just a short (5 min.) drive to Famous Narragansett Pier (town beach) just a few more minutes to other nearby beaches (Scarborough, Roger Wheeler, Salty Brine and Bonnett shores..)-Only half a mile to Domenic Christofaro Park with tennis courts. basketball courts and play area.

Perfect Summer Getaway

House was as advertised and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Kitchen is well stocked and house was very clean upon arrival. House is a very short distance from a private beach with no waves so was great for the kids in our group. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet Neighborhood, great property management

Perfect location to enjoy the area- beaches. Very quiet neighborhood as we wanted. Very impressed with responsiveness of property manager. We lost hot water and she had a service team at the house and got water restored in less than 2 hours.

I was happy with the property. Perfect setup for a family getaway, driving distance to beaches and restaurants. The house was clean, easy to get in, and nice neighborhood, would recommend.
