Step inside Rainbow Leap and be greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads to a spacious living and dining area opening onto a generous patio area with ample outdoor seating, perfect for soaking in panoramic views and creating lasting memories. The living room features cosy seating, a large TV and a dining space ideal for shared moments.

The luxury kitchen has been equipped to the highest standards with Granite work tops, Neff/Miele appliances including large induction hob, 2 electric ovens, warming drawer. Belfast sinks, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The ground floor has been designed to support easy access throughout and also hosts one of the five inviting bedrooms along with a nearby bathroom.

Venture to the first floor to discover four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. This includes 2 twin bedded rooms, and a double bedroom, all with good storage.
