Value for money hotel on edge of Saumur on industrial estate. Car necessary to drive 10 mins to centre. Room clean. Basic but comfortable. Friendly staff. Only disadvantage was the ash tray outside our door being used by a smoker whose smoke came into our room through open window.

Warm and helpful staff are the star

As we were cycling, it was helpful to have a ground floor room with space for our folders. As a value property, amenities were in short supply, but breakfast was welcomed. The ventilation could be improved and the bed was hard, but everything was clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming.

Staff was welcoming and assigned us our preferred room type. It was a bit noisy as we were near the stairway, but the room was clean and close to stores and restaurants.

Quiet, and nice hotel for small budgets

Overall a pretty nice hotel. In a quiet place a bit far from the city center. Anyhow given the fact that there's a free parking place, one can visit the city by car. 1. Room. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The only minus is the bathroom (too small). Regarding the price/quality-ratio unbeatable.

Ideal for visiting then Ytank Museum

Basic, but close to town centre, and well-placed for visiting the tank museum. Ticks all the boxes necessary, and there is a good Intermarche and family restaurant within walking distance.
