propriété surement très étudiée pour la belle saison, nous, nous sommes rentres dans une maison très froide et longue a réchauffer. Il n'a pas été signalé qu'il y avait 2 marches descendantes pour entrer, 3 montantes pour aller aux toilettes et un escalier en colimasson très étroit pour rejoindre les chambres. Avec mon mari et mon chien âgés ... pas simple

Procédure pour entrer avec code pour récupérer les clés sans soucis. Un espace dehors assez grand pour garer notre voiture et que nos 2 chiennes prennent l'air en toute sécurité.Intérieur propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut en appareils ménagers (micro onde, four, bouilloire, cafetière), jolie chambre et matelas confortable. Environnement très calme. Chemin longeant la Seudre, à 200 m de la maison, sur 2 km 800 et ramenant jusqu'au écluses de Saujon, très belle promenade, avec les chiennes, que nous avons faite tous les jours.Nous avons pris un café aux écluses, moment très agréable.Petit coin tranquille recommandé.

Emplacement idéal,pour aller au zoo de la Palmyre, plages, aquarium de la Rochelle.... Logement situé dans un petit village calme. La propriétaire est à l écoute.
