Nestled in the heart of the Margeride region, the Les Hauts de Longeval gîte occupies the upper part of a small village near the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago).

Carefully furnished on a 400 m² enclosed plot, this detached house is a former 19th-century farmhouse with a sunny 28 m² terrace.

Near Saugues (4.5 km): collegiate church, chapel, Beast of Gévaudan Museum, English Tower, swimming in the ecological lake, weekly market, all shops and services, festivals and events in the summer. The ground floor comprises a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a wood-burning stove. A shower room with toilet and a storage room are also located on this level.

On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan living area with unobstructed views, as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
