Always a great stay. We try and plan our trip to Saugatuck around when the apartment is available. I can’t walk distances so it’s perfect for me. Convenient to everything.

First to area.. 27th anniversary trip…best place in best location in middle of everything!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!!! Great place, clean, located within walking distance to several food/drink/shopping/excursions!!! Will definitely be a repeat to this great spot!

A Lovely Place!

It was very comfortable for my husband and I. It's located in a very great spot - close to food places and shops. We stayed here to go to the Holland Tulip Festival and it was the perfect distance!! Not to far but not too close either. I would highly recommend staying here.

Centrally located. Private, clean. There was a coffee pot, fridge/ freezer, microwave. Comfy bed. Nice little private patio too. Small bathroom but it worked for us.

This place is just amazing. The location is great, you can literally walk to anything around downtown area. Super easy to find parking, everything perfect!

The location was perfect for walking to shops and having dinner/drinks without needing to worry about driving. Other reviews mentioned the noise from the bands at the local bar, which is true. However, the band did not play late (I believe finished slightly after 11) and it was nothing that a sleep noise machine couldn’t handle. This location is ideal for a couple that plans to spend most of their time shopping and bar hopping. Also, eat at Phil’s. The outside looks like a dive bar but the food is incredible and the ambiance inside is awesome.

Great location in town. Cute, clean place, just right size for us two! Great towel & hanger supply! Only downfall, hard to get in & out of bed with it against wall. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

Great Place to Stay!

We loved our accommodations. The location was amazing. You could walk to anywhere downtown. The place was nicely decorated and instructions for check in were easy. We had no issues during our stay and would recommend it to others.

Our favorite place to stay in Saugatuck!

This is our second time staying at this property and everything was wonderful during our stay! We had a couple minor things come up and the staff was on top of helping us resolve it. You can't beat this location and amenities. Highly recommend!

Nice Location

This place is right in th middle of all the action. We parked right in front of the place and the only time we moved the car was to go to the beach. The rental was nice and very clean.

Modest place, perfect location

Walley's Annex is an intimate stay I would recommend for couples only. There was not much privacy inside, which was fine for us! You cannot beat the location. You are in the middle of everything there is to do in downtown Saugatuck. Live music is right outside, and a coffee shop is right across the street. We loved our stay here!
