This newly renovated, upper level, 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite can be rented on its own, or in combination with the other three units at Haven Suites. Located in Downtown Saugatuck behind the community sparkplug that is the Saugatuck Center For The Arts. This unit has a 2-night minimum most of the year.
This space with a modern design, has an opening living concept, including a high-top round table for four, and plenty of comfy seating to enjoy the smart TV, or electric fireplace. In the same open space, there is a kitchenette complete with mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster & microwave.
Behind the unit, find a semiprivate outdoor space complete with seating for outdoor dining and a gas grill.
At the end of your day, sleep well in the queen bedroom, with a brand new mattress. All the bedding within the unit is fully cleaned between every guest, including every blanket, comforter, sheet, pillowcase and pillow protector.

Prime Location!!
This loft couldn’t be in a better location. It was clean, easy to find, easy to check in and very convenient for walking around downtown Saugatuck. My wife and I were the only two that stayed, but I don’t know that we’d ever stay with four, even if it was with our young children. As noted in the listing, space is limited, as there is no dresser, no counter space in the bathroom, making it tough to have anywhere to really get ready or set your toiletries. I would also appreciate more than six hangers in the closet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed relaxing on the shared patio out back.
